I use a Rivera Knucklehead 100 watt tube head, with Marshall 4x12 loaded w/Vintage 30s. I don't use many pedals... just Audio Crowther Hot Cakes...looking to buy a Bad Cat X-Treme Tone next. My guitar is Travis Bean Standard.

I like a Marshall JCM800 100 watt head and cab. Also a Traynor YBA 3 works fantastic too.

I sometimes use a map of Michigan...

Hiwatt DR103 with matching Fane loaded cab TB1000S = guitar heaven...though any cab will do in a pinch... it does justice to my electrical...Also sounded good with my TB500 before I parted with it...actualy sounds good on every guitar I've ever had the pleasure of playing through it

JCM 800 and earlier master volume marshalls are very nice.

The only bad expierence I've had with my 1000S has been with an ampeg V4 half stack(one of my favorite bargain bin amps). Sounds great on my other guitars, but it makes my 1000S sound very weird.

I imagine the Traynor would be a good bargain bin matching for the either Bean/Electrical (though I've never played).

I play by 1000S through a Mesa/Boogie DC-5. I have a few pedals - EH Q-Tron, TS-9 (Analogman mod), Analogman Clone Chorus, and a Peavey digital delay from the late 80's. I'm on the waiting list for an Analogman "King of Tone" pedal. I can't say enough good things about the pedals that Analog Mike builds.

I'm very happy with the sound of this rig. I've been tweaking it for 10 years with different pedals and settings so I can get the range of sounds I want. I can't wait to try it out with my EGC custom 500 which is supposed to be shipped any day now.
