Comments: Bought this bass new in 1979 at Guitar Center in San Francisco. Was negotiating to buy a factory second EB-3, but the manager of the store wouldn't accept my price. He did say I could buy a new Kramer DMZ 4001. 32 years later, I still have it in it's completely original form. That should tell you all you need to know. These basses sell used for the same price as a new MIM P Bass. For god's sake, if you are looking for a bass for under $500, buy one of these!
