Just purchased a Kramer XL8 bass, it is strung with only 4 strings. Can anyone tell me what the ideal string gauge should be for all the 8 strings and the tuning? thanks
I also have a B450 which has a Kahler bass tremolo on it. It looks cool but is useless and really kills the tone and sustain of the bass. I was hoping to find a B450 body somewhere to put the bass back to it's original set up. is there anywhere other than e-bay where I may get lucky? thanks
