Master Luthier Phil Petillo passed today. Everyone here will know him as the co-patent holder of the original Kramer bass aluminum necks and also the patent holder for the Vaccaro aluminum necks. Phil worked with Kramer for many years, and did custom work as well.
My thoughts and prayers go out to David Petillo and his family in this time.
