I never knew (or would have thought) ALCOA made instruments.

I never though much of ALCOA making anything but billet/foil aluminum either, but they make tons of stuff. Heres a strange one, if you look under Powerade bottles lids they make the rubber inserts.

a friend of mine had one of these, but he paid something like $300 for it, it was dented a bit but sounded really good and clear, definitely not worth $8000 though and i really doubt that only 500 existed, because i've seen 3 myself and I'm never in the market for one.
