Comments: Great 8 string bass. Short scale 24 fret neck. The bridge is further in a bit than it's 4 string brothers, to allow the extra 4 tuners on the body. 2 Schaller bass pickups, great tonal possibilities with tap switches, etc. Built like a tank. Slightly neck heavy, wear good strap. WIll last a lifetime if taken care of. Neck always straight. Rumors of neck expanding greatly during use and not staying in tune seem a fable, never had problems.
