Style of Music: Variety of rock infused genres with a splash of experimental.

Comments: This guitar packs a punch. The coldness of the aluminum and the weight of the guitar take a moment to get used to, but help lend to the overall craft of the instrument. It has vibrant dissonant highs and earthly lows and lends itself well to a variety of effects.

This is my first metal necked guitar and it was worth the price I paid. It is a beautiful instrument for anyone interested in waging a war.

  Style of Music: Rock, alt-country

Comments: Either you like the looks of these, or you don't. The shape does kind of look like the pattern was cut by eye-balling it. My DMZ is wired like this one, but is plain blonde like the 1000.

I got rid of my LP, SG, Strat, Tele and Rick 330 in favor of this, and they were all great toney guitars. The DMZ mostly matched or exceeds the collective toney-ness of those.

It's heavy, but I love it

Style of Music: Middle of the road rock and blues. A kind of cross between The Kinks, The Stones, The Ramones, and Bullwinkle the Moose

Comments: I have had my DMZ2000 for years. The sound is amazing as is the sustain. She still turns heads after all these years. Everyone who plays is is knocked off their feet by the sound. Every once in a while I decide to buy another guitar and I always come back to my DMZ. Ebanol fretboard is fast. The neck is fatter than a Strat neck but I love the feel.

Style of Music: a blend of hardcore,Metal and punk with a twist of classic rock and roll that seldomly slips into a 4/4 beat.

Comments: Playing through a Mesa Boogie Rectoverb and getting really nice lush tone with a ring to it. Coil taps for each PUP is a plus. holds tune fine and plays great. Some buzz on the higher frets when drop tuned, but i assume there will be less when i switch to thicker strings that will have more tension. My only gripe about the guitar is the separation thats happening in the neck pocket. I took it to a Luthier who took the neck off and inspected it. I was told that it was purely cosmetic and that it was totally solid, with some humidity it would close back up. Anyway it's a great Po' mans Travis Bean!

Style of Music: I like to try to play anything, since I like anything. Great for metal, grungeish, doesn't clean up well, but the coilt taps help. As one person described it to me: Les Paul on Steriods.

Comments: Built like a tank, still looks new after all these years. Tuning problems from the aluminum neck when warmed up seem, to me, fiction. A bit neck heavy, but a great tone, and still a great value to pick up on e-bay or other sites. It will last a lifetime!
