Hi, on the kramer dmz3000's strat-style 5 way selector switch the little plastic knob thing on the top of it is lost.) Anyone know where I can get a replacement for it? I've tried the standard ones in the guitar shop but they don't fit.

The knob on mine was missing long ago. The normal strat knob does work, but there are two kinds. The USA model knob, and the import knob. While they look similar, one has a wider opening than the other, but I can't remember which anymore. They are cheap, buy a pack of each, use one and return the other.
